Responsibilities
- Architect and implement ServiceNow workflows for cybersecurity operations, including incident response, detection engineering tracking, alert correlation, and customer interaction models.
- Design and execute integrations between ServiceNow and external SIEM, SOAR, CMDB, and ticketing platforms.
- Use Customer Service Management, IT Service Management, and Technology Service Provider Management modules to support cybersecurity use cases.
- Translate cybersecurity and operational requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with ISO27001, SOC 2 Type 2, and NIST guidelines.
- Design workflows reflecting incident detection, triage, escalation, correlation, response, and client SLA processes.
- Collaborate with cyber analysts, engineers, service delivery teams, and leadership.
- Contribute to platform roadmaps and automation strategy for managed services delivery.
- Build dashboards, metrics, and KPIs for cyber operations performance.
- Maintain platform stability through version control, change management, and upgrade planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience focused on CSM, TPSM, and ITSM modules.
- Strong scripting skills with JavaScript, GlideScript, or similar technologies.
- Experience with REST APIs.
- Familiarity with ISO27001, SOC 2, and NIST frameworks.
- Experience working in or supporting a managed security services environment, including SLAs, multi-tenant considerations, and service delivery pressures.
- Solid understanding of incident detection, response, escalation, and correlation and how they translate into ServiceNow workflow logic.
- Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, troubleshoot independently, and work effectively in remote or distributed environments.
