Base Salary
$150k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of complex AI and automation solutions.
- Serve as the team’s senior builder, handling complex development work and setting standards for code quality and innovation.
- Mentor AI Engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
- Establish best practices for solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
- Make architectural decisions supporting scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions aligned with business and IT strategies.
- Act as the primary escalation point for difficult technical issues and lead debugging and resolution efforts.
- Partner with the AgentOps Team Leader on technical roadmaps and specifications.
- Research and champion emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies with the Innovation Team.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a senior engineering role such as Senior Software Developer or Senior Automation Engineer.
- Expert-level programming skills and a proven record of designing and building complex, scalable software solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of software architecture patterns, design principles, and data structures.
- Experience mentoring engineers, conducting constructive code reviews, and leading technical discussions.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to diagnose and resolve difficult technical challenges.
