Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Evaluate product and technical requirements, estimate effort, identify risks, and propose implementation approaches.
- Design, implement, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and performant product functionality.
- Collaborate with Product Management to review designs, present prototypes, and iterate on solutions.
- Own features and services across their lifecycle from design through deployment, monitoring, and support.
- Identify opportunities to improve architecture, tooling, and development practices.
- Conduct code and design reviews and provide constructive feedback on code quality and maintainability.
- Ensure software meets established quality standards through testing, design reviews, and best practices.
- Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and postmortems.
- Contribute to roadmap delivery and technical infrastructure planning with team and technical leads.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack Java experience, including Java 8 or higher, in complex enterprise software.
- 4+ years of experience with modern frontend frameworks, preferably React.
- Experience with MVC, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience designing, implementing, and consuming RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations.
- Strong problem-solving ability for complex and ambiguous problems.
- Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and SQL.
- Demonstrated experience leading and participating in incident response, root-cause analysis, and postmortems.
- Experience with Git, Tomcat, CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and Kubernetes.
- Preferred experience using AI coding assistants, building AI agents and skills, and working with GoLang.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including in remote work environments.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science is listed as a differentiator.
Benefits
- Annual salary range of $142,800–$155,000.
