Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI solutions and systems.
- Architect and code software applications using advanced technical expertise.
- Conduct system testing and debugging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to the technical direction and innovation of AI engineering projects.
- Lead engineering teams and drive technical roadmaps.
- Define and implement AI safety frameworks.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional experience in software engineering and application development.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI techniques.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Google Cloud Platform, and system architecture.
- Experience leading engineering teams and driving technical roadmaps.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in mathematics, statistics, computer science, analytics, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
