Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow HRSD solutions from design through deployment and support.
- Configure HRSD capabilities including HR Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Employee Center Pro, Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions, Lifecycle Events, Universal Request, and Virtual Agent.
- Design scalable employee journeys and shared-service workflows for global operations.
- Develop integrations with HRIS, payroll, identity, document management, and enterprise platforms.
- Provide technical design guidance, solution governance, best practices, and architectural recommendations.
- Drive automation, AI-enabled experiences, reusable accelerators, and continuous ServiceNow platform innovation.
- Collaborate with business, legal, privacy, compliance, security, executive, architecture, and delivery stakeholders.
- Mentor technical teams and support pre-sales, solution shaping, and customer workshops.
Requirements
- Current ServiceNow HRSD certification such as CIS-HR or equivalent.
- Certified Application Developer certification or equivalent development expertise.
- At least 8 years of enterprise application or HR technology experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
- At least 3 years of direct ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience, including multiple enterprise-scale implementations.
- Strong experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST and SOAP integrations, Import Sets, Transform Maps, security, access controls, and data privacy.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Prior consulting experience in complex enterprise environments.
- Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect status, additional ServiceNow certifications, experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or other HR platforms, and exposure to GBS and shared-service transformations.
- Experience in large multinational and regulated organizations is preferred.
