Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions across the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
- Configure product bundles, options, features, product rules, configuration rules, price rules, discount schedules, quote templates, approvals, renewals, amendments, and contract lifecycles.
- Extend CPQ functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows, and optimize quote calculation and pricing performance.
- Integrate CPQ with ERP, billing, order management, and external systems while maintaining product, pricing, configuration, quote, order, and contract data integrity.
- Manage CPQ release planning and deployments using Git and CI/CD tools, with Copado preferred.
- Perform impact analysis, dependency tracking, pre-deployment validation, production deployments, and post-release stabilization.
- Apply Salesforce and CPQ governance, coding standards, pricing controls, approval controls, auditability, documentation, and solution design practices.
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Support UAT, user enablement, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience with strong hands-on Salesforce CPQ expertise.
- Deep understanding of product configuration, pricing, and the quote lifecycle.
- Strong development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Flows.
- Experience with REST/SOAP API and middleware integrations.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Copado.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification is preferred.
- Salesforce Platform Developer Certification is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Billing or Revenue Cloud is preferred.
- Experience in B2B or enterprise Salesforce environments is preferred.
