Responsibilities
- Partner with Service, Sales, Configure/Price/Quote, and Marketing teams to understand maintenance, enhancement, and project requirements.
- Design, develop, configure, and deliver CRM solutions using out-of-the-box functionality and custom applications.
- Support and enhance CRM integrations with Oracle ERP and other cloud applications.
- Evaluate CRM tools and technology practices and recommend improvements to management.
- Apply intuitive user interface design and software engineering, source control, and design control practices while managing multiple projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 2+ years of experience, in a relevant field.
- Information Technology experience supporting CRM applications.
- Experience with Oracle BigMachines.
- Experience with complex development and software engineering best practices, including source control and design control processes.
- Technical skills in BML, Java, JavaScript, Salesforce, Apex, Visualforce, ServiceMax, Oracle ERP, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Preferred experience with Jira, SVN, Jenkins, Selenium, Python, Informatica, Oracle SOA, and REST and SOAP APIs.
