Base Salary
$149k - $216k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and support Wibey, a GenAI super agent for developer application development, deployment, troubleshooting, and support.
- Research GenAI frameworks and concepts, including A2A, MCP, and prompt engineering, and guide implementation of new protocols.
- Integrate other agents for orchestration by Wibey and develop GenAI-related software enhancements.
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant full-stack web applications, UI components, API services, and backend components.
- Collaborate with product managers, technical leads, and development teams to translate requirements into technical designs and features.
- Implement automated testing, continuous integration, automated deployment, monitoring, alerting, and operational support.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during on-call rotations and investigate improvements to service speed and load times.
- Mentor and assist junior developers with implementation and technical designs.
- Create technical documentation with code snippets and flow diagrams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a listed technical field plus 3 years of software engineering or related experience, or a master's degree or equivalent plus 1 year of experience.
- Experience collaborating with product managers and technical leads on technical design.
- Experience with DX SDK, scalable full-stack web applications, REST API web services, Java, Python, TypeScript, React.js, CSS, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience implementing automated testing, continuous integration, recurring scripts, and software stability improvements.
- Experience with monitoring SLAs and alerts, on-call troubleshooting, and improving web-service speed and load times.
- Experience transforming UI mockups into interactive web experiences and creating technical documentation.
