Base Salary
$173k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop application code that meets acceptance criteria using established methods.
- Review designs with architects and develop technical designs, including automation strategies.
- Collaborate with product owners and subject matter experts to clarify requirements and resolve development questions.
- Write stories, data mappings, test cases, and success criteria that inform development.
- Build and deploy code through approved channels.
- Write unit, integration, functional, acceptance, performance, and smoke tests for application code.
- Own and deliver iteration goals while contributing to scalable, stable, and high-quality software.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong full-stack engineering experience with understanding of web applications, backend systems, and large language models.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable features using design patterns and industry best practices.
- Strong knowledge of Java or a similar programming language.
- Solid grounding in computer science, data structures, and database concepts.
- Commitment to software engineering practices including design, testing, documentation, and code reviews.
- Ability to analyze problems, communicate solutions clearly, and collaborate across teams and geographies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
