Base Salary
$108k - $216k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of scoped software features and components through collaborative engineering teams.
- Develop, test, maintain, and support high-quality software across the full development lifecycle.
- Integrate AI/ML components and generative AI tools into software solutions.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, debugging, and application performance monitoring.
- Translate complex stakeholder problems into technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Resolve defects, drive continuous improvement, mentor peers, and contribute to engineering knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area plus three years of software engineering experience, or five years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including JavaScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, or C++.
- Experience with object-oriented programming, documentation-based coding, scoped feature or model delivery, code reviews, debugging, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of AI/ML integration and generative AI tools.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software aligned with platform standards.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred: master’s degree in a relevant field plus one year of software engineering experience.
- Preferred: knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
