Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and project teams to gather requirements and develop technical solutions or product modifications.
- Develop, code, unit test, peer review, and document high-quality solutions for the Blue Yonder Warehouse Management product suite.
- Investigate, triage, and resolve defects and issues while providing code fixes and unit testing within defined SLAs.
- Support go-live activities, dry runs, testing, and other deployment-related needs remotely or on site across customer time zones.
- Coordinate and deliver product or solution demonstrations to clients.
- Own end-to-end project delivery, provide technical guidance to assigned engineers, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience, with total experience specified as 2–3 years.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant discipline, such as an MCA or MSc in Computer Science.
- Strong expertise in Java and SQL.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, build processes, IDEs, and database tools such as SQL Developer and SQL Management Studio.
- Experience with source code control systems such as GitHub and Jenkins.
- Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems, including command-line usage.
- Working knowledge of JIRA for issue and project tracking.
- Preferred experience with .NET, C, JavaScript, Blue Yonder/JDA/RedPrairie WMS or other WMS platforms, test management, and test execution.
- Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, and customer relationship skills.
