Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable AI solutions using machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing techniques.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define requirements and deliver AI-powered products.
- Conduct data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to optimize performance and accuracy.
- Monitor AI/ML research and technologies and identify opportunities for practical application.
- Mentor junior AI engineers and promote innovation and continuous learning.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical presentations.
- Troubleshoot complex issues involving AI model performance, scalability, and integration.
- Lead projects independently from conception through completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Strong Python proficiency and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms including regression, classification, clustering, and ensemble methods.
- Experience with deep learning architectures including CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers.
- Understanding of natural language processing techniques and applications is preferred.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and project leadership abilities.
