Responsibilities
- Lead performance engineering activities across requirements gathering, planning, scripting, execution, analysis, troubleshooting, tuning, and reporting.
- Develop, customize, and execute JMeter performance-testing scripts and scenarios using advanced scripting techniques.
- Use Dynatrace for deep-dive performance monitoring, analysis, and bottleneck diagnosis.
- Define workload models, simulate production-like scenarios, execute large-scale performance tests, and analyze results.
- Evaluate and optimize application, database, and infrastructure performance.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, operations, and business stakeholders to drive performance improvements.
Requirements
- Expertise across all phases of performance engineering.
- Proficiency with JMeter for performance-testing script and scenario development.
- Strong expertise with Dynatrace for performance monitoring and analysis.
- Skill in defining workload models, conducting large-scale performance tests, and evaluating system stability, scalability, and reliability.
- Solid understanding of non-functional requirements, system architecture, and technology stacks.
- Ability to tune application, database, and infrastructure components.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
