Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, exploratory, integration, system, UAT, compatibility, mobile, GTM, SEO, migration, and release validation testing.
- Validate web applications across development, UAT, preview, temporary production, and production environments.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing on iOS and Android using BrowserStack.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects using Jira and Redmine.
- Prepare test execution reports, defect reports, and quality metrics.
- Create and maintain test data for end-to-end testing activities.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders and participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Mentor junior testers and provide support on testing strategies and best practices.
- Contribute to process improvements through Kaizen initiatives and SOP creation.
Requirements
- More than eight years of experience in manual testing, web application testing, healthcare domain testing, mobile testing, and test case design and execution.
- Experience with functional, regression, exploratory, UAT, compatibility, integration, system, security, and mobile testing.
- Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, defect management, Agile/Scrum, and the defect life cycle.
- Experience with Jira, Redmine, BrowserStack, Highlighter Tool, and I-Crawler Tool.
- Knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, Java basics, and test automation fundamentals; Selenium WebDriver certification or learning experience is noted.
- A BE/BTech in Computer Science or Information Technology, B.Sc. in Computers, BCA, MCA, or another bachelor's/master's degree in Computing or IT is preferred.
- Healthcare IT or IT services delivery domain experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication, time management, teamwork, multitasking, critical thinking, problem-solving, ownership, and process-improvement skills are expected.
