Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions with a primary focus on Service Cloud.
- Build and deploy Agentforce Service Agent topics, actions, prompt templates, and grounding configurations.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Salesforce integrations.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable technical designs.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Service Cloud and Agentforce implementations.
- Support REST/SOAP API and middleware integrations with third-party systems.
- Apply Salesforce development best practices, including unit testing, code reviews, design patterns, bulkification, and governor-limit management.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and processes and recommend Salesforce feature adoption.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, explain technical concepts, and mentor junior developers when needed.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of overall Salesforce development experience.
- At least one year of hands-on production experience building and deploying Agentforce Service Agents.
- Strong Service Cloud experience, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Email-to-Case, CTI integrations, and Entitlements/SLAs.
- Experience with Experience Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360, including data harmonization, identity resolution, calculated insights, and segmentation.
- Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, Flow, and declarative Salesforce development.
- Experience with Salesforce REST/SOAP and API-based integrations, middleware tools, Git, and CI/CD deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, or SFDX.
- Understanding of Salesforce data and security models, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and governor limits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; MCA is also listed as a qualification.
- Mandatory Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified AI Specialist, and Salesforce Data360 Consultant certifications are preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, ownership, stakeholder-management, and collaboration skills.
- Sales Cloud experience, prompt engineering or LLM-based automation experience, Agile/Scrum knowledge, and clinical trial project experience are preferred.
