Base Salary

$159k - $191k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-impact product initiative as a technical leader.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate rapidly.
  • Establish technical standards and create scalable software architecture.
  • Break down complex requirements into manageable deliverables.
  • Prioritize and manage project timelines for successful completion.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of products and their impact on mental healthcare.
  • Adapt solutions based on feedback and communicate changes effectively.
  • Manage risks and dependencies in complex project delivery.
  • Collaborate on special projects with a close-knit team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a software engineer with a successful product delivery track record.
  • Exceptional communication skills for explaining technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity with a bias toward autonomy.
  • Experience in startup environments is preferred.
  • Nice-to-have: experience in healthcare, mental health tech, or applied AI/ML; familiarity with TypeScript, Ruby, and/or Python.
