Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build autonomous and semi-autonomous agent workflows for content operations.
- Evaluate model behavior in live environments and apply reinforcement learning.
- Design modular frameworks for tools and evaluators to enhance agent learning.
- Develop data pipelines for real-world usage data collection and training.
- Create proprietary agent libraries and benchmarking frameworks.
- Collaborate with customers to align AI behaviors with user expectations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1 year in AI/ML applications.
- Strong fluency in AI tooling such as OpenAI and Anthropic APIs.
- Practical understanding of LLMs and agentic architectures.
- Experience building production systems that integrate external environments.
- High degree of ownership in fast-moving experimental environments.
