Base Salary
$130k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and implementation for new enterprise customers.
- Build, deploy, and optimize features that integrate customer systems with Gradial’s platform.
- Develop reusable tools and configuration layers for scalable enterprise onboarding.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define requirements and iterate in real time.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to incorporate field learnings into the roadmap.
- Contribute to internal technical documentation and implementation playbooks.
- Own performance, reliability, and maintainability for the solutions delivered.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering or technical implementation experience.
- Proficient in programming languages such as TypeScript and understanding of APIs.
- Ability to understand and build integration paths for enterprise software architectures.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in content, marketing, or digital operations.
- Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI pipelines, and automation frameworks.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagement.
