Responsibilities
- Design and develop cloud and hybrid architectures for Data and AI platforms.
- Build and manage cloud-native infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, containerization, and orchestration.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automation, data ingestion processes, and API integrations for enterprise environments.
- Integrate and operationalize Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and MLflow platforms for AI and Machine Learning production deployments.
- Apply security, compliance, data governance, observability, reliability, and FinOps practices to platform design and operations.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders on architectures, operating models, and platform adoption plans.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a STEM discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering in enterprise, system integration, or consulting environments.
- Experience designing and managing cloud, on-premise, and hybrid architectures with at least one of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience designing scalable, resilient, and sustainable architectures, including infrastructure cost management and FinOps.
- Experience industrializing and managing Data, AI, and Generative AI platforms using Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and MLflow.
- Knowledge of Python, Java, or Bash and familiarity with automation, microservices, and enterprise AI/LLM workload deployment.
- Knowledge of API, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and Agent-to-Agent integration patterns.
- Excellent Italian and English language skills and strong communication, relationship-building, and collaboration abilities.
