Base Salary
$148k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end, from initial design to large-scale rollout.
- Design, implement, and extend frontend frameworks and architecture.
- Build and implement tooling for efficient development, testing, and production release.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering peers.
- Contribute to scaling the product and team by maturing tooling and best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Experience building tools and software with a product-first approach.
- Expertise with at least one web framework, preferably Node or Python.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and iterating on feedback.
- Desire to learn about life sciences and empathy for customer challenges.
