Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate end-to-end SAP and non-SAP integration scenarios across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
- Build modular, reusable, and maintainable iFlows using routing, splitting, gathering, message mapping, canonical modeling, and contract-first practices.
- Implement JSON, XML, and CSV transformations, Groovy scripting, validation, enrichment, persistence, idempotency, retries, and correlation.
- Design secure APIs with authentication, authorization, throttling, versioning, lifecycle management, and observability, and integrate third-party applications through connectors and messaging.
- Build AI-native integration agents, retrieval-grounded assistance, intelligent mapping and configuration recommendations, anomaly detection, predictive operations, and AI-assisted script analysis.
- Create automated integration testing, payload regression, replay testing, API verification, AI evaluation harnesses, and release gates for integration and AI changes.
- Set up monitoring, dashboards, alerts, traceability, structured logging, message tracing, root-cause analysis, runbook-guided remediation, and impact analysis.
- Apply integration advisory, governance, assessment, modernization, and maturity-enablement practices across teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong hands-on expertise with SAP BTP Integration Suite, including cloud integration, iFlows, transformation patterns, and monitoring.
- Experience with message mappings, routing patterns, enterprise data transformations, and Groovy scripting.
- Solid API design and management fundamentals covering security, throttling, lifecycle/versioning, and observability.
- Experience with tool-augmented workflows, retrieval-grounded outputs, measurable evaluation loops, and safe action boundaries for AI-native delivery.
- Knowledge of event-driven integration, enterprise messaging, connector-based third-party SaaS integrations, and integration governance is strongly beneficial.
- Migration or modernization experience from legacy integration platforms to cloud integration is strongly beneficial.
