Base Salary

$145k - $170k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Sales Executives to drive complex, technical sales cycles.
  • Lead technical discovery to understand customer architecture and business challenges.
  • Develop compelling demos and presentations tailored to various audiences.
  • Translate customer pain points into scalable Fingerprint solutions.
  • Design and execute proof-of-value engagements demonstrating business impact.
  • Lead Proof-of-Concept integrations with customer tech stacks.
  • Respond to Requests for Proposals, Quotes, and Information.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and marketing teams for effective collaboration.
  • Support conference participation and technical thought leadership initiatives.

Requirements

  • 6-10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as pre-sales or solutions engineering.
  • Proven track record of influencing and closing 6-figure deals with Enterprise customers.
  • Experience with complex Enterprise SaaS sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong technical aptitude to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills for customer-centric demonstrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally to translate customer needs.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Proficiency with macOS and remote work tools like Slack and Zoom.
