Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Executives on complex technical sales cycles from discovery through evaluation and close.
- Lead technical discovery into customer architecture, business challenges, and success criteria.
- Create tailored demos, presentations, and technical narratives for technical and executive audiences.
- Translate customer pain points into scalable Fingerprint solutions and communicate their technical and business value.
- Design and execute proof-of-value engagements with measurable business outcomes.
- Lead proof-of-concept integrations with customers’ technology stacks.
- Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
- Connect sales and marketing teams and contribute insights for collaboration and growth.
- Support conferences, customer workshops, and technical thought leadership initiatives.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in customer-facing pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and influencing or helping close six-figure deals with sales teams.
- Experience supporting complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, technical personas, and lengthy evaluations.
- Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to understand and explain technical concepts, APIs, and integrations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills for compelling, customer-focused technical demonstrations.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-focused skills, with the ability to translate pain points into scalable technical solutions.
- Proven cross-functional experience translating customer needs into actionable stakeholder insights.
- Spanish or Portuguese fluency is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with macOS and comfort working fully remotely with collaboration tools.
