Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Sales Executives to drive complex, technical sales cycles.
- Lead technical discovery to understand customer architecture and business challenges.
- Develop compelling demos and presentations tailored to various audiences.
- Translate customer pain points into scalable Fingerprint solutions.
- Design and execute proof-of-value engagements demonstrating business impact.
- Lead Proof-of-Concept integrations with customer tech stacks.
- Respond to Requests for Proposals, Quotes, and Information.
- Act as a liaison between sales and marketing teams for effective collaboration.
- Support conference participation and technical thought leadership initiatives.
Requirements
- 6-10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as pre-sales or solutions engineering.
- Proven track record of influencing and closing 6-figure deals with Enterprise customers.
- Experience with complex Enterprise SaaS sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong technical aptitude to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills for customer-centric demonstrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally to translate customer needs.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
- Proficiency with macOS and remote work tools like Slack and Zoom.
