Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multiple teams on technical decisions and project goals.
- Manage and coordinate the team’s work and make team-level decisions.
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor junior team members.
- Facilitate regular team meetings and support continuous improvement in software development practices.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Development Strategy.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Product Development Strategy.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience with software architecture and design principles.
- Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and development tools.
