Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of test automation best practices to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage teams.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions.
- Mentor and guide team members to support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional testing strategies with project goals.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Experience designing and implementing automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and continuous integration processes.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
