Responsibilities
- Engineer the employee affiliation engine to process thousands of lifecycle events daily.
- Build payroll, billing, invoicing, and workflow automation tools for HR teams.
- Develop integrations with platforms such as Payfit and Workday.
- Create scalable solutions for companies of different sizes across multiple countries.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to deliver unified experiences.
- Help shape product direction while maintaining reliable, simple, and maintainable systems.
Requirements
- Software engineering experience with backend or full-stack development experience preferred.
- Experience building scalable systems that handle complex real-world business logic.
- Comfort working with complex domains such as insurance and payroll.
- Proficiency with object-oriented languages such as Python, Java, or C# and familiarity with modern web technologies such as JavaScript.
- B2B experience is a plus.
- Fluent English is required; French is a plus but not required.
