Responsibilities
- Evolve Curve’s AI platform by establishing reusable frameworks, development standards, and patterns for intelligent applications.
- Design, build, test, review, and deliver production services, agentic workflows, MCP servers, machine learning capabilities, and shared platform components.
- Write production code and collaborate with architecture, development, product, UX, and external partner teams on secure, scalable, maintainable software.
- Conduct technical design and code reviews, mentor developers, and contribute hands-on across the software development lifecycle.
- Solve complex challenges involving distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native services, intelligent workflows, and modern AI technologies.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and development practices, and help improve engineering productivity and software quality using tools such as Claude Code.
- Support production software by troubleshooting complex issues, improving reliability, and driving problems through resolution.
- Build AI capabilities that support clinical, operational, financial, and patient-facing experiences across Curve’s multi-tenant SaaS platform.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience building scalable SaaS applications.
- 3+ years designing, building, and deploying production AI applications, platforms, or intelligent workflow solutions.
- Experience taking AI solutions from proof of concept through production, including evaluation, monitoring, iteration, and operational feedback.
- Strong modern backend development experience with Python or similar technologies.
- Experience building or extending agentic AI systems, MCP servers or similar integration frameworks, machine learning solutions, and LLM-based applications.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and modern software development practices.
- Experience contributing to technical architecture discussions and solving complex challenges across development teams.
- Experience mentoring developers through design reviews, code reviews, pair programming, and hands-on collaboration.
- Experience operating production software, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving resolution.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies.
- Preferred experience with LangGraph, Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, agentic AI frameworks, MCP servers, RAG, vector databases, semantic search, production AI operations, MLOps, conversational AI, speech technologies, customer-facing AI applications, large-scale multi-tenant SaaS platforms, or regulated environments.
