Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, support, and enhance enterprise IAM and IGA solutions.
- Develop and maintain identity lifecycle processes, automated workflows, integrations, provisioning, access certifications, and governance controls.
- Lead and support RBAC, access review, segregation of duties, entitlement governance, audit remediation, and compliance initiatives.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and compliant IAM designs.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve platform, integration, and access issues, including production support and incident response.
- Develop technical documentation, operational procedures, system configurations, and support materials.
- Identify automation and process-improvement opportunities across IAM services.
- Provide engineering support and cross-training for Physical Access Management systems.
- Serve as an IAM subject matter expert and provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field is required.
- Seven years of relevant work experience is required.
- Equivalent combinations of education and related experience may be considered.
- Enterprise IGA platform implementation and support experience is preferred.
- Experience with Saviynt, SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Oracle Identity Manager, or similar platforms is strongly preferred.
- Experience with access certification, provisioning, RBAC, access governance, compliance, and enterprise identity transformations is preferred.
- Experience with Java, C#, Python, SQL, Oracle Database, integrations, and automation solutions is required or strongly relevant.
- Experience applying DevOps principles, CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, monitoring, observability, security integration, and production support is preferred.
- Experience supporting SOX, NERC CIP, PCI, or similar audit and regulatory requirements is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CIAM, Saviynt Certified Engineer, or SailPoint Certified Engineer are preferred.
- Experience with regulated utility, energy, critical infrastructure, cloud technologies, modern cybersecurity architectures, or AI-enabled security and workflow automation is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, collaboration, and prioritization skills are required.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities is required.
Benefits
- Compensation range is $98,993.00 to $128,688.00 annually.
- The role is classified as sedentary work.
