Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, support, and enhance enterprise Identity and Access Management and Identity Governance and Administration solutions.
- Stabilize, optimize, and expand the IGA platform, including onboarding disconnected applications and advancing access governance capabilities.
- Develop and maintain identity lifecycle processes, automated workflows, integrations, provisioning, access certifications, and governance controls.
- Lead and support RBAC, access review, segregation-of-duties, entitlement governance, and identity governance initiatives.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant IAM designs and implementations.
- Support audit remediation and regulatory compliance requirements while adhering to security policies and standards.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve platform, integration, and access issues, including production support and incident response.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, system configurations, and support materials.
- Implement automation, process improvements, and operational efficiencies across IAM services.
- Provide engineering support and cross-training for Physical Access Management systems.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to team members.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field is required.
- Seven years of relevant work experience is required.
- Experience implementing and supporting enterprise IGA platforms is preferred.
- Experience with Saviynt, SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Oracle Identity Manager, or similar identity governance platforms is strongly preferred.
- Experience with access certification, provisioning, RBAC, access governance, compliance initiatives, and enterprise identity governance transformations is preferred.
- Experience designing and delivering technology solutions using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
- Experience applying DevOps principles, including CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, monitoring, observability, security integration, and production support.
- Strong understanding of provisioning, deprovisioning, role management, access certifications, segregation of duties, and governance controls.
- Experience supporting SOX, NERC CIP, PCI, or similar audit, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Experience developing and supporting enterprise applications, integrations, and automation using Java, C#, Python, SQL, Oracle Database, APIs, and related technologies.
- Experience troubleshooting complex security and access management issues across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CIAM, Saviynt Certified Engineer, or SailPoint Certified Engineer are preferred.
- Experience in regulated utility, energy, or critical infrastructure environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, modern cybersecurity architectures, and AI-enabled security, identity governance, or workflow automation solutions is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are required.
