Base Salary
$157k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and implement enterprise security solutions.
- Write, review, debug, and maintain secure production code.
- Conduct threat modeling, vulnerability discovery and analysis, penetration testing, and security scenario assessments.
- Develop processes to evaluate security controls and continuously improve security protocols.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business leaders to understand security needs and recommend changes during vulnerability events.
- Use and validate enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for threat modeling, vulnerability analysis, code and security recommendations, and documentation.
- Ensure security workflows are traceable, auditable, resilient, and aligned with applicable regulations and expectations.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in security engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
- Experience planning, designing, and implementing enterprise-level security solutions.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in security engineering workflows with strong validation and data-sensitivity practices.
- Ability to review and validate AI-assisted code and security recommendations before adoption.
- Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages.
- Proficiency across software development lifecycle execution, application resiliency, and security practices.
- Experience with threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, discovery, and penetration testing.
- Preferred experience with Python, AWS, and system design.
