Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end features across frontend, backend-for-frontend, and service layers.
- Design activation and engagement systems to drive user adoption.
- Partner with engineers on enterprise controls to ensure features meet security and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with adjacent teams to integrate agent experiences into the ChatGPT interface.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional engineering experience in relevant roles.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, React, and other web technologies.
- Experience with one or more backend languages like Python, Go, or Rust.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as Postgres or MySQL.
- Strong focus on reliability, safety, and performance in production environments.
- Interest in AI/ML is a plus.
