Responsibilities
- Build new customer-facing web application features within a cross-functional team.
- Help migrate 1.1 million lines of code from Ember.js to React.
- Suggest and lead frontend, tooling, process, and developer-experience improvements.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and other technology teams.
- Contribute to and use Qonto’s internal design system and UI library.
- Use AI tools to explore code, draft technical designs, prototype solutions, accelerate delivery, and support MCP workflows.
- Maintain high quality standards through peer-reviewed technical documentation and careful implementation.
Requirements
- At least three years of professional experience using React.js or Ember.js.
- Proficiency with frontend engineering, HTML, and CSS, including pure CSS rather than relying on CSS libraries such as Tailwind.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Clear, organized, concise, and accurate communication skills.
- Ability to use AI critically and responsibly while validating outputs and protecting product reliability and user trust.
