Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to enhance product vision.
- Serve as a technical solutions expert, advising and troubleshooting.
- Gather client requirements and lead the solution design process.
- Develop features based on customer needs and extend connector capabilities.
- Work with Product and Engineering to review customer feedback.
- Accelerate development for roadmap features addressing customer requirements.
- Contribute to the knowledge base and improve internal processes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Workato clients.
Requirements
- Preferred background in information systems, computing, or engineering.
- 10-15 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of technology trends in app integration.
- Proficient in RESTful APIs and JSON data structures.
- Previous coding experience or development background.
- Knowledge of RDBMS and familiarity with SOAP/XML is a plus.
- Experience in architecting solutions for on-premise, cloud, and hybrid scenarios.
- Familiarity with cloud business apps like Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, or ServiceNow is a plus.
- Strong collaboration and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
