Base Salary
$140k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, maintain, and support Power Platform, SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, and knowledge management solutions.
- Build custom Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, SharePoint sites, enterprise schemas, and high-volume real-time process automation solutions.
- Provide architecture design, system configuration, development, functional support, and troubleshooting for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 projects.
- Use Power FX, SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and DAX to create custom formulas, workflows, integrations, and tailored functionality.
- Evaluate and optimize business processes and recommend short- and long-term automation and IT service delivery improvements.
- Integrate technologies, migrate legacy data management tools to Dataverse, and develop Power BI dashboards and data visualizations.
- Implement role-based access controls, environment security, and data loss prevention policies.
- Administer, maintain, scale, and continuously improve knowledge management solutions.
- Provide technical support, create end-user training documentation, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 9 years of experience, master's degree with at least 7 years of experience, or PhD/JD with at least 4 years of experience.
- At least 2 years of specialized experience in cloud application architecture, business process automation, data architecture, or data modeling.
- Active Secret clearance, ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance to maintain employment, and U.S. citizenship.
- Advanced knowledge of Dataverse, SQL, Power FX, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and DAX.
- Proven expertise with Power Platform, SharePoint, Azure, SSIS, Power BI, Tableau, and InfoPath.
- Experience delivering process automation, knowledge management, integrated IT solutions, business process analysis, and scalable systems.
- Preferred experience with Bootstrap and Python.
- Preferred experience supporting the Department of Defense or other government agencies.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and develop custom SharePoint solutions, workflows, and enterprise schemas.
