Responsibilities
- Build and maintain core security products including Remote Access Management and Encryption.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create actionable security design practices.
- Lead the technical direction and roadmap for assigned security areas.
- Ensure high operational excellence for T0 services with minimal downtime.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to events with urgency.
- Manage the full lifecycle of security product feature requests.
- Influence engineering standards and leverage advancements to improve productivity.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers on operational excellence and software engineering.
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of improving infrastructure security posture.
- Broad technical experience in infrastructure and security in large production environments.
- Highly skilled in distributed systems and development using Java, Scala, Kotlin, Golang, or Python.
- Strong experience with infrastructure as code tooling like Terraform.
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure management, particularly in AWS.
- Experience in solving complex systemic issues with creative solutions.
- Exceptional analytical skills with hands-on experience in root cause analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for design document reviews.
