Responsibilities
- Develop back-office features in Ruby on Rails.
- Model and design PostgreSQL databases with emphasis on normalization, data integrity, and security.
- Migrate data and business logic from MS SQL Server.
- Build integrations with external systems such as CRM and payment gateways.
- Work with PM/PO stakeholders to reconstruct domain logic from the legacy system.
- Maintain code quality and secure application design for sensitive customer and billing data.
Requirements
- Solid commercial experience with Ruby on Rails.
- Skills in relational database design, normalization, and data integrity.
- Basic familiarity with React.
- Awareness of CI/CD and containerized infrastructure environments.
- Understanding of secure application design principles.
- Preferred experience with data or system migrations, Pundit, Inertia.js, and feature flags.
- Preferred knowledge of C#/.NET.
- Experience in travel and hospitality or customer-care-focused projects is a plus.
