Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, optimize, and apply software engineering solutions across the software development lifecycle.
  • Analyze and solve software engineering problems using scientific methods.
  • Exercise original thought and judgment in software engineering research, design, development, and maintenance.
  • Supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
  • Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders as a team player.
  • Provide leadership balancing business, technical, and people objectives.
  • Contribute to recruitment and the development of people.
  • Build long-term partnerships with clients and take responsibility for a substantial aspect of the organization's activity.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience and expertise across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to operate independently in highly complex environments and manage difficult situations calmly and professionally.
  • Ability to apply innovation and industrialization to software engineering work.
  • Understanding of business objectives, commercial principles, and negotiating principles.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership and supervise software engineering work.
