Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Invent AI-native solutions for complex international seller-support problems.
- Design and implement backend services integrating enterprise CRM systems with operational platforms on AWS.
- Build AI assistants, communication management, contact management, and workflow orchestration capabilities.
- Develop agentic workflows that automate manual tasks and support strategic relationship building.
- Architect highly scalable systems serving thousands of users across multiple regions.
- Partner with Applied Science teams to incorporate generative AI capabilities.
- Own systems architecture end to end and influence technology direction at global scale.
- Apply the AI-Driven Lifecycle methodology to improve delivery productivity.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 3 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems for reliability and scaling.
- At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- At least 3 years of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 3 years of object-oriented design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- Programming experience in at least one software programming language.
- Preferred experience includes 3+ years across the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent is preferred.
