Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Design and execute test plans for data warehouse ETL processes.
- Validate data accuracy and integrity and identify defects or risks in data transformation pipelines.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements and create effective test cases.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing, data validation techniques, and data warehousing quality assurance processes.
- Experience designing and executing comprehensive ETL test plans.
- Familiarity with ETL tools and platforms for testing and troubleshooting.
- Ability to analyze complex data flows and identify risks or defects in data transformation pipelines.
- Ability to collaborate with development and business teams and translate requirements into test cases.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
