Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot scalable infrastructure across Azure AKS and GCP GKE.
- Develop and optimize infrastructure as code using Terraform and Terragrunt.
- Deploy, manage, scale, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads.
- Build Azure DevOps YAML pipelines and reusable pipeline templates for CI/CD automation.
- Automate deployments and infrastructure provisioning with Argo CD and GitOps workflows.
- Integrate security practices and tooling into deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
- Manage ingress controllers, load balancing, networking, and service routing.
- Partner with software engineering, QA, and operations teams to improve releases and resolve production issues.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in production environments.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, specifically AKS.
- Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.
- Proficiency with Terraform and/or Terragrunt.
- Hands-on experience with Argo CD GitOps workflows and Azure DevOps YAML pipelines.
- Experience with security tooling and practices including WAF, SAST/SCA, vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and container or infrastructure security.
- Strong Linux and scripting experience with Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages.
- Understanding of networking concepts including ingress controllers and load balancing.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, independence, service orientation, and ability to learn quickly.
- Experience managing GCP workloads with GKE is desirable.
- Experience with AI-powered engineering, automation, or operational tools is desirable.
