Responsibilities
- Contribute to architecture and implement components, interfaces, and services spanning Salesforce, MuleSoft, NetSuite, and other enterprise systems.
- Develop clean, scalable, robust, and maintainable Salesforce code and support high-volume data migration and synchronization.
- Participate in projects involving multiple enterprise systems and complex integrations.
- Provide guidance for finance workflows and develop working knowledge of NetSuite and B2B SaaS finance operations.
- Lead investigation and debugging of unexpected cross-system behavior and champion comprehensive unit testing.
- Create automated tasks, improve data quality, and prepare CRM delivery for changing business requirements.
- Use AI-powered development tools to generate and optimize code, assist code reviews, and automate documentation.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and declarative automation tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft, and their interdependencies, particularly in finance systems.
- Experience with MuleSoft or other middleware and complex cross-system debugging.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for a global, asynchronous team.
- Proactive ownership mindset and ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Preferred: Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Permission Sets, Profiles, Salesforce Inspector, and Developer Console.
- Preferred: experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce release regression testing.
- Preferred: proficiency in SQL, SOQL, Salesforce reporting, Data Import, and Postman.
