Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, design, and develop software features for Windows-on-Snapdragon products.
- Participate in the end-to-end lifecycle of Windows-on-Snapdragon product lines as a member of an Agile Scrum team.
- Support platform bring-up, issue triage, debugging, and resolution across Qualcomm chipsets.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive tasks to completion and remove blockers.
- Develop and debug Windows software, device drivers, kernels, and embedded SoC systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with 6+ years of software engineering or related experience; or a master's degree with 5+ years; or a PhD with 4+ years.
- At least 3 years of work experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
- Strong C/C++ programming, Windows or Linux kernel development, operating-system concepts, and shell scripting or Python skills.
- Hands-on experience debugging ARM or other SoC embedded systems.
- Preferred qualifications include 8+ years of software engineering experience, Windows OS internals, device-driver programming, WinDbg, JTAG, processor architecture, cache subsystems, BIOS, UEFI, ACPI, ARM assembly, embedded operating systems, and performance profiling and optimization.
