Responsibilities
- Own the design and continuous improvement of packaged and SaaS solutions.
- Lead platform configuration and integration optimization efforts.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
- Establish and enforce platform standards for reliability, stability, and performance.
- Manage software release cycles and configuration management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Monitor and improve release processes to maintain high-quality deployments.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and best practices.
- Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems.
- Ability to develop and enforce platform standards for system reliability and performance.
- Skill in managing software release cycles and configuration management.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solution architectures and SaaS deployment models.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
