Responsibilities
- Lead Bloomreach development on client projects serving large global businesses.
- Integrate Bloomreach products using Java and frontend frameworks including Vue, Angular, and React.
- Validate functional discovery, project scope, and solution design decisions for integrations.
- Assess technical risks and provide mitigation strategies.
- Make architectural decisions and advise customers and partners alongside Solution Architects.
- Improve DXP add-ons and plugins through code improvements, documentation, and training guides.
- Lead client relationships and share best practices while coaching and training peers.
- Travel occasionally on short trips to clients and partners in EMEA.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or an IT-related field.
- At least 6 years of developer experience.
- At least 4 years of hands-on implementation experience with Java.
- Experience leading client relationships.
- Experience developing or implementing enterprise and/or cloud software.
- Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Experience with Spring and Maven is a plus.
