Base Salary
$136k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure Infios WMS solutions aligned with business and operational goals.
- Build, configure, and manage API endpoints using API Designer for system integrations.
- Create custom WMS features, reports, and workflows.
- Implement and refine inventory, fulfillment, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes.
- Monitor and tune Infios WMS performance and system reliability.
- Partner with warehouse managers, product managers, and IT teams to translate requirements into solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues, identify root causes, and support continuous improvement.
- Provide technical support, proactive maintenance, and rotational on-call coverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Over four years of experience developing and implementing Infios/Körber/HighJump WMS solutions.
- Extensive experience with Advantage Architect, Page Editor, and other Infios WMS tools.
- Advanced proficiency in MS SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects.
- Demonstrated expertise in WMS solution design, implementation, and long-term support.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Infios/Körber/HighJump certification is valued.
