Responsibilities
- Elicit, prioritize, and analyze business and technical requirements.
- Design technical solutions, workflows, and user interfaces.
- Write and review technical specifications and data-mapping templates.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and internal IT stakeholders to develop solutions that comply with bank standards, quality requirements, policies, and guidelines.
- Translate functional designs and business terminology into technical designs.
- Identify gaps in deliverables early and address them effectively.
- Provide subject-matter-expert support to core banking, credit, digital, and client-output IT teams.
- Support architecture committees and project teams in progressing target operating models in line with strategic and selected architectures.
- Analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams and other subject-matter experts to resolve issues and generate ideas.
Requirements
- University graduation with IT-related subjects.
- 10–15 years of software development experience in the banking or financial-services domain.
- In-depth expertise in software design, development, technical analysis, and implementation.
- Understanding of technology and the software development lifecycle.
- Good working experience with Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP) Core.
- Good working experience with WTX and the latest versions of ITX.
- Good working experience with TAP-WTX integration.
- Knowledge of Unix scripts, XSLT programming, and Oracle databases.
- General knowledge of private banking and a good understanding of financial products.
- Experience with TTi/T24 TAP interface development is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to assimilate information quickly, gain consensus, take ownership, deliver independently, and work under pressure with tight deadlines or multiple projects.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
