Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Design, build, and configure applications using Spring Boot and related backend technologies.
- Act as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for project-related communications.
- Manage and collaborate with teams, contributing to decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to technical problems and troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and resolve project challenges.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Spring Boot is required.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot, Java Enterprise Edition, microservices, and lightweight architecture is required.
- Strong knowledge of application design patterns and software development best practices is required.
- Experience building scalable and maintainable backend services is required.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
