Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end demos that integrate Mem0 into customer workflows.
- Experiment with various memory retrieval techniques to meet quality and latency targets.
- Prototype new ideas and techniques from research papers.
- Create evaluation harnesses to assess POC success.
- Integrate AI tools and services into coherent workflows.
- Collaborate with Backend and Research teams on specifications and hypotheses.
- Document and package prototypes for quick production handoff.
Requirements
- Full-stack fluency in Next.js/React and Python backends.
- Strong skills in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript for API development.
- Hands-on experience with LLM/RAG stacks and retrieval strategies.
- Proven ability to rapidly prototype from idea to demo.
- Experience designing meaningful evaluations for use cases.
- Excellent communication skills with technical teams.
