Base Salary
$150k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build applied AI systems across CHAOS product lines, including model integration and production-facing AI capabilities.
- Conduct research and collaborate with teams to create robust, testable, and deployable models.
- Evaluate and enhance model performance in real-world, adversarial conditions.
- Develop production-quality software for data pipelines and system integration.
- Create rapid prototypes and iterate towards production-ready implementations.
- Contribute to AI system reliability through testing and performance optimization.
- Learn from existing resources and drive execution based on that knowledge.
- Manage time effectively across various tasks and responsibilities.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience in building, testing, deploying, and supporting production software systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML model integration and lifecycle management.
- Experience with model evaluation and robustness testing.
- Knowledge of APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD.
- Willingness to learn unfamiliar technical domains quickly.
