Responsibilities
- Optimize and align applications with internal processes to support modernization.
- Lead new applications inherited from other areas and align them with the new architecture.
- Design a transparent modernization plan for end users.
- Coordinate solutions with the team to update technologies.
- Ensure objectives are achieved.
- Monitor KPIs and results.
- Design and operate cloud networks, CI/CD pipelines, container images, artifact repositories, Kubernetes production clusters, and NoSQL databases.
- Create AI-assisted operational workflows, anomaly detection, LLM integrations, MCP connections, custom agents, and RAG systems.
- Manage Git repositories, branching strategies, pull-request workflows, releases, and repository policies.
- Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using infrastructure as code, scripts, pipelines, and workflows.
- Implement observability, security, incident response, performance optimization, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Degree in systems engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience with AWS or another cloud provider such as Azure or GCP.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience with cloud networking, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, artifact repositories, Kubernetes/EKS, NoSQL databases, Git, repository management, and branching strategies.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
- Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems and perform root-cause analysis using logs, traces, metrics, and event correlation.
- Knowledge of cloud security, secrets management, encryption, hardening, PCI DSS, and SOC 2 compliance.
- Ability to design resilient, scalable, cost-efficient, highly available, multi-region, and disaster-recovery architectures.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, performance optimization, automation, incident management, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Technical mentoring and leadership capabilities are desired.
- Preferred certifications include AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Vault certifications.
