Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead technical solutioning for strategic Department of War and Federal captures from qualification through proposal submission and oral presentations.
- Serve as primary technical author or technical-volume lead for technical approaches, solution architectures, implementation and transition plans, migration strategies, DevSecOps and cybersecurity approaches, cloud approaches, and operations concepts.
- Develop proposal storyboards, annotated outlines, section plans, content assignments, writing guidance, win themes, technical discriminators, proof points, and value propositions.
- Lead structured solution workshops with architects, engineers, cybersecurity specialists, program leaders, partners, pricing staff, and subject matter experts.
- Produce proposal-ready architecture diagrams, data flows, deployment models, CONOPS, technical roadmaps, workflows, and solution graphics.
- Integrate assumptions, staffing concepts, schedules, risks, dependencies, and basis-of-estimate inputs with pricing and delivery teams.
- Lead and participate in Pink Team, Red Team, Gold Team, and other color reviews, adjudicating comments and revising technical content.
- Support customer meetings, capability briefings, white papers, sources-sought responses, oral proposal presentations, and technical demonstrations.
- Apply knowledge of Federal security controls, NIST guidance, risk management, and Authority to Operate processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or another related scientific or technical discipline.
- 10+ years of experience leading and architecting enterprise software systems.
- 5+ years of solution or enterprise architect experience within the Department of War.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Federal or DoD capture and proposal efforts as a solution architect, technical-volume lead, lead technical writer, capture architect, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience personally writing substantial technical proposal content, including technical approach and solution architecture sections.
- Experience directly leading a Department of War IL-4+ Authority to Operate process for a project valued at $10M or more.
- US citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.
- AWS Solutions Architect certification preferred.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud in Department of War environments preferred.
- Excellent writing, facilitation, communication, and technical judgment.
