Base Salary
$140k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, coach, recruit, and develop a team of five presales engineers delivering ERP solutions.
- Personally conduct technical discovery, solutioning, demonstrations, and proposals for strategic opportunities.
- Architect complete solutions combining Acumatica software, AI, ISV solutions, professional services, integrations, and custom development.
- Develop scalable processes involving partners, sales teams, implementation, and professional services.
- Enable Acumatica partners through consulting, training, materials, and technology to improve opportunity close rates.
- Manage ERP domain expertise across accounting, construction, wholesale distribution, retail, manufacturing, field service, and professional services.
- Translate company goals into KPIs and monitor win rates, sales-cycle time, utilization, skill coverage, and sales-target performance.
- Identify team capability gaps and plan corrective actions.
- Travel 10%–20% of the time.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building solutions and demonstrating business management software.
- At least 5 years of experience directly managing and mentoring presales engineers.
- Hands-on implementation, sales, or presales experience in lower-mid-market manufacturing, construction, and/or distribution businesses.
- Experience architecting solutions involving multiple software products, resource constraints, integrations, and customizations.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and mentor presales engineering talent.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, public-speaking, and instructional skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
- MBA, CPA, channel sales experience, and a technical background are preferred or advantageous.
